Quoject’s goal is to bring together our two user groups to get property projects completed. We don’t just connect people, we enable action beyond the quote with our user-friendly, accessible system and our rigorous quality-control processes.  

Only Quoject members are able to submit quotes for jobs posted on the site, or to accept direct offers of jobs or contracts. This allows us to assure that only the services of qualified, high-quality contractors are offered to Quoject clients. 

The Quoject Assurance checkmark on each contractor’s profile is your confirmation that they are fully registered businesses with valid certifications and current insurance. 

In addition, our transparent two-way rating and feedback system allows all users to record their experiences of each transaction – and to evaluate potential business partners before offering or accepting work, based on the comments of other users. 

the quoject assurance process 

We require all Quoject service providers to provide copies of their company registration, public liability insurance documents and qualification certificates within 14 days of joining. Until we have received and checked the validity of these documents they remain provisional members, without the Quoject Assurance checkmark. 

As part of the Quoject Assurance process we record the expiry dates of insurance and registration documents. Contractors are required to provide copies of replacement documents immediately, or they will lose their Quoject Assurance checkmark. If they still haven’t provided copies within 14 days their membership will be suspended and they will be unable to submit quotes or accept job assignments. 

We also require all users to agree to Quoject’s terms and conditions and to observe our code of conduct.
